I did intend to rent your item but you did not reply my email . I cannot decide anything from you because your price quotes are not clear ! Doreen agreed she will " work with me" and I make it super simple for this vendor~ I noticed Sassyfly doesn't have guest plates and cups, glasses stuff I need so I had to take care of my priority. Some rental company they have a very clear unit price per item and total quote communication and I realize Doreen's money policy is very unclear ...So what I had misunderstood and make a mistake hire you ? (Very regret using her and gave her deposit ) You are the event pro and went unprofessional ! I am just a customer want refund. 3. After she agreed refund Doreen said someone from "a department " will reach me? There were NONE ~ (Is she the department ? ) 7/9 4. No one pick up the phone at Sassfly office 7/21 5.
