We stopped by this Japanese Tea House on a rainy day, and it was the perfect cozy escape. We had the ramen with French pork (not chashu) in a soy milk broth -- rich, creamy, and exactly what you want on a chilly day. The special tea called "Night at Versailles" was amazing -- beautifully aromatic, slightly sweet, and so comforting.
Their caramel pudding is adorable (and kind of funny to eat) -- it instantly puts you in a good mood. The interior is IG-worthy, with lovely décor and a few traditional Japanese-style floor seats that make it feel authentic and peaceful.
In the stillness of the garden, a Kitsune revealed itself -- a messenger of spirit and change, reminding us that magic often hides in plain sight.
The staff were so friendly and sweet! I tried speaking to them in Japanese since I don't speak French -- but in the end, we all switched to English and laughed about it . Such a warm, welcoming place -- we'd definitely come back again!
