Kittyhawk Realty failed us miserably as a professional property management company. Their failure to pursue deadbeat tenants skipping on rents or acquire certified funds on deposits cost is several thousand dollars. Horrible people to rent from. When nothing is broke and the rent is on time it's fine. When something is broken it takes hours, sometimes days to get anything repaired. There isn't a real office. You cant call a real person and someone answer the phone. You have to send email after email, sit on hold for long periods of time with a answering service to place a maintenance request and nobody ever calls you back. I called on Monday morning this week to get something fix. Its Wednesday and I still have not heard anything from them. There is not staff to have a conversation with.
