Choose from spending a day kayaking, canyonning, Canadian canoeing, caving or any of the other outdoor adventure trips they offer. I have been on a few of the canyonning trips and this is one to build some serious self confidence; swimming, ducking, jumping, diving and all-but flying our way through the Esk Valley Gorge. Putting our lives into the hands of our guides didn't seem to matter to us as they were incredibly experienced, trustworthy and a hell of a lot of fun! They were great days out!
