I was looking for a dentist in the Philippines who could do my dental implant because the cost in…read morethe US is extremely high. Tooth & Go was not my first option. I initially spoke with another clinic--whose name I won't mention, but it starts with the letter B... please beware. They kept insisting on their "ONE DAY IMPLANT," and even though I wasn't satisfied with the consultation, they still charged me ₱3,000 for the online consultation and ₱25,000 just to book an appointment. Even after paying, I didn't feel confident with them, so I continued searching since my trip to the Philippines was already planned. That's when I found Tooth & Go on Google. I messaged them, and Czel was the one who assisted me. She explained everything clearly--much better than the dentist I spoke with from the B clinic. Czel walked me through the procedure, the timeline, the type of implant they would use, and the cost. I also did my own research and found out they are consistently listed among the Top 10 Dental Clinics in the Philippines. AUGUST 2025 - First Visit When I arrived in the Philippines, I went to their clinic and met Czel and Dr. Elkie, along with the rest of their staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their clinic is fully equipped--unlike other clinics that still need to send dental work to outside laboratories. Dr. Elkie explained everything thoroughly. A few days later, I returned for the implant procedure. Dr. Lapan was the surgeon, and although I don't remember the anesthesiologist's name, the entire team took great care of me. I had several follow‑up visits before flying back to the US. My next appointment was scheduled for January 2026 for the prosthesis placement. JANUARY 2026 - Prosthesis Placement I flew back to the Philippines, and everything went smoothly. I had multiple visits for fitting, and I even requested if they could speed up the process because we had a family gathering. They accommodated me without any hesitation. The final result was beautiful--everyone who saw it loved it. Even my dentist here in the US was impressed and asked for their contact information so she could refer other patients to them. One thing I also noticed during my visits: aside from Filipino patients, they had clients from many different nationalities. That says a lot about their reputation and quality of work. Overall I am extremely satisfied with Tooth & Go. From the staff to the doctors, from the explanations to the actual procedure, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend them to anyone considering dental implants in the Philippines.
Update: On the positive side, they do have really up-to-date equipment, including x-rays that the…read morespecialist who worked on it had access to on the go -- x-rays during the treatment -- and the staff is very friendly. I do appreciate that after my initial review, they contacted me, apologized for not providing a cost estimate, and offered a free crown or inlay to complete the tooth restoration. I accepted, which brought the overall price for the root canal (4th molar) and crown to 52,668 PHP -- a fair resolution. So far the work appears good, the tooth is fine now and feels natural, its color matches well, and it feels solid. I updated this review to reflect their response. Communication about costs upfront would prevent this kind of situation in the future.

Doc Georgina has been her dentist since she was 9mos old, here sa photo my little one's 2years old na, I was just sitting there while Doc's cleaning her teeth.. she's so calm. She's 3 now, we tried to book a visit but Doc's on vacation, since we live abroad and leaving in a few days we went to a different doctor in Makati.. my daughter didn't enjoy the experience good thing they gave her a toy after the procedure but that's about it. When you had the best talaga, you can really compare especially with my daughter's feedback din. I would always go back here when we visit Ph. Ps: My nephew who has VSD, has been seeing doc Georgina also. And as usual, she's doing a great job taking care of his teeth. He's in for his heart surgery this coming January. Thank you doc Georgina and to your courteous staff.. God bless!

A few of my brothers had their teeth pulled here, one for his wisdom teeth. Dr. Sotomil made retainers for one of my brothers. And he also made my tooth fillings. One time, when part of my face swelled because of an infection (I think it was gums), he also treated it and told me to eat ice cream afterwards - a much welcome advice! There is a reason our family keeps coming back to him - he does his work well, and quite fast too. When I get my teeth cleaned, I really feel that they are clean, with nothing stuck in between. I got my teeth cleaned a few times by other dentists, and my teeth didn't seem as thoroughly cleaned the same way they are when I go to Dr. Sotomil.

It doesn't make me deserving to win the best girlfriend award, but the tita in me just has to do things this way. (Sorry Agus) To keep up with my incessant obsession, I made sure that my dentist only holds clinic a few minutes from where I live. Luckily, I found one right infront of my local panadero in BF Homes called JP Romero Dental Clinic. This clinic makes it so easy for me to take care of my teeth. You text to schedule an appointment and you get a response from the staff immediately. All appointments start on time and the sessions are always painless and thorough. The dentists are all professional, well-trained with a nice sense of humor that can make the most uncomfortable treatment bearable. They accept health cards too and if you don't have one, treatment costs are affordable. Tips: 1. Bring your credit cards, they accept them here. 2. The clinic is right infront of a Pan De Manila branch.

In my case, it was a confirmed case of temporomandibular joint disorder, or more commonly known as a TMJ problem. Aside from stress management, occasional muscle relaxants, and painkillers, a non-toxic solution offered by several dentists is having a splint made. It pretty much looks like a mouthguard, but is something meant to be worn at all times. This is what Dra. Jeanie De Rama has been making for me the past couple of years. She has remained accommodating despite me cracking my first, boring a hole in my thicker second, and losing my third splint. My fourth one was actually a throw-away as my grinding and clenching cause my teeth to move in the four days between my measurements and mold being made, to my fitting. She also explained the other options for further alleviating the pain and migraines caused by my TMJ problem. I've also seen examples of how TMJ can cause facial deformity because of constant grinding of not just the teeth, but the jaw and skull bones as well. I'm telling you, it can get pretty wild. She however, leaves no detail unnoticed. For my current one, she added a retainer to ensure that my grinding and condition will not cause my teeth to get misaligned. So if you do get that cracking feeling or sound when you yawn or open wide, or get nasty migraines coupled with an odd feeling in your jaw, have your self checked. Better yet, go to Dra. Jeanie.

It is a well organized, efficient place. However, they do not have much equipment there, aside from x-ray. So for things such as ultrasound they refer you elsewhere. Also, the appearance of the place is slightly dilapidated. A lot of the furniture, ceiling panels etc. are in need of repair. The hygiene is not what it should be either.
