My wife dropped her 3 day old iPhone 6s and cracked the screen, that afternoon she brought it by here to have the screen replaced. After 2 weeks the replacement screen starts flickering and showing vertical lines. I'm thinking maybe the screen wasn't plugged in well and it might have to be reconnected, that's understandable maybe this guy was busy when he was working on her phone. She takes it by explains what's wrong and he tells her the LCD has went out in the screen he replaced 2 weeks prior and says he can sell her a new one... this is completely unacceptable and I will be having conversations with several local media facebook pages as well as posting on every electronic/cell phone buy/sell/trade page I can find just to see how many other people have been unhappy with this local business. Perhaps then the owner will start to understand what customer service is all about. You don't build a relationship with a repeat customer by not standing behind the product you install for $100. You hurt my wallet now I will work to hurt yours. I promise I will more than go out of my way to let every potential customer you may have know what type of person they will be dealing with before they spend their hard earned money in your establishment. I could understand if it was an old beat up phone that wasn't taken care of but we're talking about a grown 30 year old woman's phone that takes care of her possessions, the screen was cracked in an accidental fall the first time NOT from neglect. Service took about 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Tech was knowledgeable and took time to fully explain the issues and gave tips on freeing up storage.
