I just asked for a quick trim basically and I immediately got service. I was surprised they had availability on a Friday, but I think I just came at the right time in between their normal clients. They washed and conditioned my hair just before sitting me down and getting to work. Great conversation and even better haircut. I didn't want anything too fancy I just knew my hair was getting a little too long and needed some shaping. My hairstylist was more knowledgeable, and I felt completely comfortable in their chair. There was one time where she had to reschedule because her son was sick & wanted to make sure it wasn't covid. I definitely respected her for taking that precaution as she wouldn't want to infect her clients. Especially because I was coming in to be threaded before leaving on vacation.
