After researching and reading reviews decided to reach out to Maryam to schedule an appointment for threading and tinting my eyebrows. I called and left message. Maryam asked me to text her. I immediately texted her the information of what I was looking for and availability. She responded back and we agreed on a day and time. The drive is about 40 minutes one way for me. When I arrived she was not there. I sent her a text letting her know I had arrived. She responded back saying that she apologized and did not have me on the schedule. She admitted to the mess up being her fault. I was fairly frustrated for wasting over an hour of my time, drive time there and back. She offered to get me in on the next day I was available at no charge. I agreed to give it a try, understanding that she had left for a sick child.
Fast forward and I have been to her for three different appointments. I have been happy with her work.
Contacted her for a fourth appointment. Scheduled the appointment. When I arrived her studio was locked and she was not there. I sent her a message letting her know I had arrived. She responded back that she had left work for a sick child. I told her that a message would have been nice instead of wasting my time. She told me she was unable to text me, no idea why as it takes less then a minute to send a text. She said she was sorry and emergencies happen. That was a complete repeat of what happened just four months prior. I told her I would not be wasting my time again. Her response was that it was not my fault or hers, it just happens. This is very unprofessional when you are running a business and don't give your clients the courtesy of trying to reach out.
