Only a Foreign call center with rude and ignorant (that's uneducated) people who struggle with basic English, and no desire to help or resolve any issue. The new owner also requires "insurance" on your unit or they charge you additional fees. Turns out regardless if you provide proof of insurance, per their instructions, they still charge you additional fees and more than one customer has been told quote "there is nothing you can do about it"... Save your money, time, and aggravation find another storage unit. Just another out of town absentee owner who could careless.

The let us keep that huge Uhaul on site so we could offload all of our stuff over a few days. The unit we got has two doors, one on each end! So handy! Everything seems pretty tight, so I don't worry about mice or rats. They have an entry gate and doors that work with our cell phones! No need for keys or locks! I would highly recommend them!
