Only a Foreign call center with rude and ignorant (that's uneducated) people who struggle with basic English, and no desire to help or resolve any issue. The new owner also requires "insurance" on your unit or they charge you additional fees. Turns out regardless if you provide proof of insurance, per their instructions, they still charge you additional fees and more than one customer has been told quote "there is nothing you can do about it"... Save your money, time, and aggravation find another storage unit. Just another out of town absentee owner who could careless.
