I hired Kunda as my trainer when I first moved back to MD after grad school. We talked about my goals and within a VERY short period of time, not only did I hit my goals, but I exceeded them. Kunda taught me perfect form and the importance of balance between cardio and strength training. He was extremely motivating and knew just how hard to push me to get to that next level. I was in my most absolute best shape and health while training with Kunda. I stop training with him only because I moved from the area, however when I started working back in the Germantown area, the first thing that I did was to see if he was still around. Kunda Kimaro was my personal trainer for a couple of years back in the early 2000's. Not only did I absolutely LOVE working out with him, but we became close friends almost immediately. He is a kick-ass trainer who knows just how far to push you and then a little bit past that. My favorite thing about Kunda is that he mixes up the workouts so you never got bored.
