He was incredibly professional in his responses via IM, replied always very fast and on point! I did not have to wait and guess whether or not he is there for us - he was always reachable and available for any questions. This made the whole organization process a BREEZE. We were very quickly able to set up our session, and he showed up on time and was very personable with the children. VERY IMPRESSED. The easiest set up I have ever done! 2. The pictures were READY with the actual retouching very fast, and exactly at the time he said to. Again, Jeremy delivered exactly on what he set as expectations. 3. The quality was MIND BLOWING, our family pictures look so AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL and we will keep them as our memories. The retouching was great - so soft and natural. We chose a 45 min session at their location and found there were a lot of great options for many natural looking outdoor poses. Aubrey was great and we had a lot of fun. Thankfully my kids all love posing, so it was super quick and we were out of there in no time. About 3 weeks later we received a thumb drive in the mail and our photos online. Great overall experience. *Reduced to 3 stars because the resolution was very low on the majority of photos so we couldn't print them in larger sizes than 3x5 or 5x7. Some of the files were bad on the usb. We called to request a new one be mailed...haven't received yet...left a VM.

We just got our daughter's newborn pictures back and we are in love!! Paige does an amazing job…read moreworking with babies and is very patient. Her very, very reasonable session fee includes a CD with the edited photos separated by color and black and white and recommendations on where to print (but you can print or do whatever you like with the photos). She has tons of props, backgrounds, hats, wraps, headbands, baskets, etc. She even had a fishing pole and hat - my husband loved that. :) You can just show up with your baby, and she'll make the magic happen. Her studio is kept warm and she uses a heating pad on surfaces so your little one will pose and be happy. She doesn't rush you at all; I had time to feed Nova - and even pump since we're on preemie triple feedings. She also has beverages and snacks for parents. Besides the fact that our pictures are perfection, Paige is incredibly awesome to work with. Our daughter was born a month early so we hadn't planned any newborn pictures. She was able to squeeze us in on short notice and finished editing the photos in a couple days. She even hand delivered them to us because she was in our neighborhood. We will definitely use Paige Rance photography for our next baby photos. If you are looking for a newborn, children, or family photographer, you will be thrilled with Paige. With everything going on, our hospital was not allowing visitors at the time of our son's birth. Paige was so accommodating and agreed to meet us in our home to be able to do the session. She was extremely courteous with regards to the pandemic (wore a mask, etc) and made sure we were comfortable throughout the whole process.
