Kelly was very friendly and high energy. She took some senior pictures of my Daughter and had lots of ideas about locations, etc. We choose the 1.5 hour package with 30 digital images. You can expect about 50 pictures to choose the 30 from so not many additional to pick from. We did have to re-edit many of the pictures where the background was way too light/washed out. read more

I purchased a Groupon for this photographer over the summer. I planned to use her for my engagement pics. I was happy to learn that she would be able to do the shoot at the location I had in mind, as I emailed her to ask prior to purchase. I did mention the Groupon in the initial email. Great! I attempted to find a time to meet with the photographer, which proved difficult as she told me from the beginning that she does not work on Sunday. Saturday would be my best bet. At first, it seemed that we simply could not get coordinating schedules. We contacted one another back and forth, still planning to use the roller rink that she had chosen for the shoot. December quickly approached and as the Groupon would soon expire, I requested any time she had available, her choice of venue. I really had my heart set on the roller rink but time, it seemed would not allow that. She expressed to me by email that December was booked fully but I could do my shoot in January. Ok. January hit and I contacted her again, skating rink venue as my choice if possible. I was told that now, she does not work on Saturday for Groupons as she could be doing a better paying wedding job she might otherwise miss. Ok. She also refused to do the skating rink location now because she would not bring any additions lights with her for a Groupon. Geeze. Ok, well any location now...With Saturday completely ruled out, it would need to be after work in the evening. Now it appears that she is only and outdoor photographer unless the shot is for a wedding. It will be too dark once I'm off work to use outdoor. Finally, in my frustration, I contacted Groupon and explained the situation. I was given a refund. I am horribly disappointed. I looked forward to roller rink engagement shots for the last 6 months or so and honestly thought, after speaking with her and being told it was a great idea, we could do it. Now I'm left far too close to my wedding to even do proper engagement photos. read more

Kelly is fantastic. We met her through the fire department family and were pleasantly surprised to find out she does 50% off for fire/military. We had a destination wedding but wanted to do some additional pictures afterward at the fire station. After my recent experience with Blackall Photography, I was excited at the chance to come place my AMAZING review on google to share with others what a fantastic job was done for my family. I was shocked to see what horrible things people had said about this photographer. Are you sure you were dealing with this same person we have? Kelly was nothing but accommodating with our schedule but probably due to the fact we booked with her two months ago in advance of the busy season, not trying to book DURING the busy season. Some people just need to be realistic in my opinion! We had a blast at our session and our pictures look nothing but amazing. I will continue to use her and ignore others comments that have unrealistic expectations and horrible bashes on what i choose to see as a great photographer!
