I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard).
