I should have known better, but she obviously told me to start coming to her. " no no don't go to laser. It won't help you, come see me " Flash forward 6 months and $2,500 later and I had ZERO results. I went to her religiously every week for 30-60 minutes. She stuck her needle into me and then I think she just plucked the hairs out. She wasn't getting the base of the hairs and also it hurt a LOT. I went to another electrolysis person in Massachusetts actually, because I come here for work every month and WOW was it different. Nikki's machine is old and her technique is dangerous. The Massachusetts electrolysis lady also said I'm a perfect candidate to continue laser hair!!! So Nikki lied to me for her own self interest Yes dangerous. I have scars all over my upper lip from her improperly shoving her needle into it. I went to my dermatologist and she recommended micro needling to fix the scars, which is VERY expensive. I'll upload pix later If other individuals have gone to Nikki and had good results then that's great and I am so happy for them, but that was not my experience and I would not recommend going here.

I spent 20 minutes telling Liane Lindo I wanted a natural look with some movement, especially in my forehead. She said I needed way more, but I talked her down. She finally said $750 was the absolute minimum because it included my neck. I agreed, trusting her judgment. Now my forehead is completely frozen and sits way too low, making my eyes look smaller -- which is frustrating because I even said, "Botox can open or close your eyes depending on who does it." Clearly, this had the opposite effect. I also have a weird circular swelling under my eyes, which I believe is from Botox being injected too low in the tear trough. I asked about it during the appointment and was told it was for wrinkles -- but the result is clearly not right. They were nice in person, but I've texted and called several times with no response.
