Dr. Dozier's tact, professionalism and humor made the whole experience so comfortable. She answered our 27,000 questions and was incredibly thorough. The staff in the front is just as professional, humble, INSERT ALL THE POSITIVE ADJECTIVES EVER. It should be noted that you can eat off of every single surface in this office. Incredibly clean/sanitary. Two weeks after our consultation we had our plump. That on its own deserves it own review. When I thought things couldn't get better they did. You feel like you're in a dream (mind you they're sticking needles in your face but i stand by what I say). They have defined what it is to "take care" of someone. My wife and I were first timers and they were so comforting. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left it was a spa like experience. I can't thank the staff, nurse and doctor enough. When i saw my lips I became super emotional. They looked phenomenal. It was worth every single penny. The procedure was not painful AT ALL. I don't consider myself to have a high pain tolerance but they take EXTRA care and make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. Going to a dermatologist makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If you are on the ledge about going through with this I beg you to give this place a shot. I'm a nervous rat and someway, some how they managed to make an anxiety ridden experience a relaxing one. Forever grateful. I will update my review with a before and after once I'm healed and ready to go. Oh, and did i mention you can call and text them whenever after your procedure for questions/ concerns ANYTHING. I found out the insurance denied it by chance when I was on the insurance app. Since they couldn't charge they never bothered calling me. I had to find another vascular surgeon. Be careful!!!

When I come in for my appointment, there is only one girl available with a couple of years of experience. The way she was answering my questing as if I was asking about weather, the answers were very uncertain. Who would let anyone with so little experience inject their face? Needless to say, I just left. What a waste of my day! When I confronted their staff about their misleading practices, they just kept denying everything and turned the story as if they denied the service to me. Wow. Not only are they misleading, they're straight up liars. This is as shady as it gets. REPLY TO THE OWNER'S COMMENT: Looks like your strategy is an attack to defend yourself... There was no erratic behavior, and no one asked me to leave. I was in disbelief by the incompetency of the staff and left because of that. I was clearly misinformed prior to my appointment that the MD will be on site, and he wasn't. I was also told that the staff has over 15 years of experience, but the girl who was going to inject my face has a couple of years of experience. You continue lying and misrepresenting the facts.

She was so thorough and patient describing the process. Removal of skin tags is not comfortable by any means and depending on the area it can hurt a lot. But Anarita was so gentle and made the process minimally painful. The office environment is very clean and cute. The staff there is also friendly. Thank you Anarita! Their office is clean and the room where I was told to wait for the doctor to see me had a wonderful view; it almost made me forget why I was there and what I wanted to ask. I was taken to a different room to run some breathing tests on me, and the assistant was absolutely supportive. She helped me relax and had much patience explaining to me step by step instructions on how to proceed to get a great diagnosis. Doctor Salazar was right on point with the medicine that he prescriptived to me as my symptoms have fully disappear.
