The cheesecake was very good, and the chai was just perfect. The women working at the cafe were incredibly friendly and helpful and didn't make us feel like we should hurry along. Note: the soup sizes don't read 'small' and 'large' on the menu board. I forget what the cutesy language is...something like 'good day' for a small soup and for a larger soup it's something equally silly. The granola & yogurt was excellent (especially the fresh fruit), the eggs fluffy, the cheeses ranging from almost runny to very sharp (there was some debate among the waitstaff as to whether we'd gotten the Sbrinz or Gruyère). In addition, the atmosphere was homey and relaxed --- we felt like we were family friends visiting an old farmhouse, rather than waiting in line for an upholstered booth. The front half of the shop sells most of the same food and ingredients (including real molasses, as opposed to the corn syrup "molasses spread" at some grocery stores). We did notice some of the veggie bins didn't look to have very high turnover --- be sure to check your produce.
