He actually opened the unit, cleaned it out, ran some diagnostic tests and (BEST OF ALL) was kind and polite! He told us that the unit is on its way out, but will make it for a little longer. Yesterday, the unit stopped working. I called him in the evening and he came out first thing in the morning. He could have jerked me around and insisted on a new unit, but he was honest and replaced a small part. We know and he knows that the unit will need replaced sometime. Ryan Lepak (and his grandfather?) came to fix a dripping bathroom faucet in Fall 2021. The house call and parts cost $200. 6 months later, the faucet started leaking again. So, I asked him to return and repair it. That "repair" cost another $150. He left a loose handle which would spin around and not shutoff the water flow, so I called back an hour later. He came back in a week. Meanwhile i was told to just turn off the water shutoff under the sink. When he came back, he said the faucet needed a complete replacement or else i should just leave it off for good. NOT WORTH IT, PROBLEM PERSISTS I wish i had watched a youtube video and repaired it myself with teflon tape. YELP: how about a zero star rating for dissatisfaction
