I feel compelled to share the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I had been looking…read moreforward to having a new closet for a long time, and it was a significant financial effort on my part to invest in this service, only to be treated in this manner. From the start, communication regarding measurements and designs was complicated and full of errors. On the day of installation, after going back and forth over the measurements, I discovered that the closet was made with the wrong measurements. The installer informed me that he had to leave because the measurements were incorrect and that he didn't know when he could return. This situation was especially frustrating because I had reserved the elevator three weeks in advance and had taken the day off from work for the installation. When I called the office, instead of offering an apology or solution, the owner was rude and accused me of being disrespectful simply for expressing my frustration with the situation. I had to almost beg for them to come and fix it the same day. Later, when I realized that the drawers I ordered with special measurements were also incorrect, I called again to complain. Once again, no apology was offered. When they finally showed up, almost at 4:00 p.m., they brought a new measurement that wasn't what had been agreed upon with the designer. When I expressed my frustration with the ongoing mistakes, the owner decided to call the installers and tell them to leave all the wood pieces behind and not install the closet. I had to go downstairs and practically beg the installers to proceed with the installation since they had only left the pieces on the floor. By that point, I had already paid 80% of the total cost of the work. The installers informed me that the owner had told them to leave and that I needed to contact the office. I called again, and after much insistence, they agreed to install it the same day, but they demanded that I pay the remaining balance upfront before they would begin the installation, even though the original agreement was for payment at the end of the service. I had no choice but to pay, as the owner threatened that the installers would leave if I didn't comply. This has been, without a doubt, the worst service experience of my life. I feel completely disappointed and frustrated, especially since I trusted this company to fulfill their promises. I highly recommend that others avoid this service at all costs--not only because of the lack of professionalism and repeated mistakes, but also because of the disrespectful attitude and threats from the owner.
