Everything so far seemed to be A few days later, out of the blue, apparently after multiple conversations and pressure from the other party, and without me being involved at all, Atty. Davis informed me that she has changed her mind about a major piece of equipment, and expensive piece that was really important to me, which was originally on my list. How can an independent arbitrator allow to be influenced by one of the parties and change her mind about something major once a final decision has been made? How was I never included in these conversations and given a chance to express my opinion? What guarantees me that she won't change her mind again!? We are talking about a complete lack of integrity, honesty and ethics here. On many levels. To say that I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED is an understatement.
