I understand that mistakes happen, but when we addressed it we were told "that's weird" & "no idea what happened" and the waiter walked off. All of our entrees came with fries. Every single order of fries came 10+ minutes after the entree was delivered except one euch never arrived. I kinda lost faith in receiving anything in a timely manner. I felt like I was there for an eternity. I would typically say this experience was because it was busy, but I never saw more than 8 tables occupied. ‍ I completly understand mistakes happen, but I don't appreciate the lack of empathy or efforts to make it right. My husband and I took some time off for lunch because beautiful Dutch weather doesn't occur often. We shared the starter soup and ordered different luncheon entrees. We quite enjoyed the lobster soup; though I hate to say, I have had better. I am still looking to re-create that lobster soup experience I had when hubby surprised me with a trip to Iceland for my 50th, and the Blue Lagoon was our hang-out during my special day. In this case, the soup was almost-but-not-quite-there-next-to-perfection, so the reason for my 4 stars. Maybe next time I can upgrade them to 5, with different dishes. My carpaccio beef salad sandwich was good, and my husband was pleased with his salmon sandwich. Add to that the view, quiet ambiance, good service, and we had a lovely lunch. I do recommend.
