Before using Payroll Resources we went through about 5 other companies, all of which had systems in place that didn't cater to our needs, and who made things difficult, and charged higher rates. The Payroll Resources company on the other hand, has a very clean system of management; on a bi-weekly basis they send notices for when worker hours are due; review our online time-sheets; send invoices that include an itinerary of costs; give workers pay options (direct deposit, check, cash card); communicate well when issues arise. Alice Note (Payroll Manager) is fast, efficient, communicates well. The company's President Makana Apo genuinely cares about our companies well being, and searches for ways to lower Workers Comp rates.

Signed another POA so they could correct the issue then begun to get IRS requests for payment due and 8% interest added for over a year. Found out when I called again the two other POA's were no good and signed another one. No call backs no follow up's and has left a very bad feeling. I will not go to them ever again or suggest anyone I know to go there.
