Over the past two years, Chris and his staff helped me prepare to celebrate my marriage to the most incredible man. To say that Dormont Florist exceeded my expectations would be a colossal understatement. Prior to my initial consultation, the only absolute was that I wanted to honor my late mother by incorporating vibrant wildflower colors. Beyond that, I was open to any and all suggestions. With my complete trust and faith, Chris suggested a variety of colorful floral varieties and options. Forgive my redundance, but Chris and his staff far exceeded my expectations. On my wedding day, I was given the most brilliant and colorful bridal bouquet. My bridal party received the same vibrant colors. When I arrived at our wedding venue, every inch of it was dressed with the same brilliant colors and was lit with soft candle light. It was breathtaking and overwhelming. When I just picked up the bouquet, I had asked for Star Gazer Lillies and Esperance Roses but what i got were 3 Roses and a bunch of White Lilly buds--Not Star Gazers. None of the lilies were opened, they were all buds. The bouquet was not even close to what I wanted. I was handed this bouquet and it was not even wrapped with cellophane--I actually had to ASK for it to be wrapped. I had told the girl when ordering that it was for my daughter who attended WVU--what color do you think the ribbon was--yes, they put BROWN ribbon on it. The whole thing looked like it was a funeral bouquet. I had to ask them to put blue and gold ribbons on it. I am very unsatisfied with the subpar product they gave me today. Generally, the quality of the products has always been superior, today I am actually embarassed to give this bouquet to my daughter after her award ceremony.
