The a/c (wall unit) is as old as the bldg. (date tag on inside cover)~ covered in mold, I had to wear a surgical mask when running it & I bought & replaced filters once a week. The ball chain inside the toilet broke. It was a weekend & "caretaker" was not around. I went to the hardware store & bought one & replaced it myself! ~ I am suing them for discrimination. Gary Skogen, owner, told me more than once that I had to "get rid of" my beloved 15 lb. dog because ONE old woman complained monthly that he was in "her" front yard! ~ Not enough room on this page to tell all. ~

They reframed and replaced the roof on my ancient shop/shed, poured a beautiful 8'X22' concrete slab, and built an overhang to cover the slab thus creating a front porch.
