This is the worst service company of any kind I have ever encountered. I asked if they could tune a…read morepiano that has incredible significance and has been passed down for generations in our family. He responded telling me the piano was old and useless and "nobody in my company would bother to waste time on a piano like that." My grandmother would always play this song on it, I do not know the name but when she played it on this piano, it was different in the best way possible. She passed away 5 years ago and all I wanted was to hear this magical tune one last time before I move out of the house and start my college journey. He denied this experience to me, I do not recommend this service company to anyone. If you like being bullied and enjoy people telling you what you love is worthless, this is the company to you. This man has no manners and absolutely no empathy. I would actively pursue any other piano tuning company in your area except for this company. Absolutely terrible service.
