They said they took patients back based on the injury. I would say a head injury is pretty important. I know for a fact the lady next to us needed a stitch replaced in her leg and she went back before us.......... After I asked what was taking so long they did offer her an ice pack at the 2 hour mark. We left after we waited for 2.5 hours. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!! Driving to Gothenburg.
