A week goes by and first excuse came up that his machine was down, 2nd week goes by and his employee was out so he wasn't able to finish up the order, 3rd week goes by and he just straight up says he hasn't started the shirts, at this point the event has already passed but I decided might as well get the shirts anyways since I already waited 3 weeks. Once the shirts were "ready" I show up to pick them up and that's when "his secretary forgot to call me" about some shirts not being able to fit the name in the back and other shirts he wasn't able to print them due to something about his machine not working with the type of shirts we got (athletic polyester) so out of 15 shirts I got about 12 and that's when he has the audacity to charge me 40% above what he quoted me because of shipping and other charges he made up along the way. I was upset and didn't want anything else to do with this guy so I just paid and left, never even went back for the missing shirts and he never called me about them so I'm sure he never made them. Terrible business, terrible service and the shirts were cheap and he didn't even print them he basically put an iron on decal, you're better off buying shirts yourself and using a sharpie.

They're local, and they've worked with small businesses like Glias all the way up to big names like the Chihuahuas. Since I'd never ordered stickers before, I first tried their online portal. Honestly, it was a little confusing for a newbie, so I called. The girl who answered was super nice, but English wasn't her strong suit, so we went in circles for a bit (I asked for stickers that stick on foam, she kept saying phone cases ). The one thing I learned from that call: "die cut" means the sticker follows your design shape, while "non-die cut" is basically a square or rectangle. In the end, I just ordered blindly -- their prices were too good to pass up! 100 non-laminated 2x2s for about $40 50 laminated 4x4s for about $60 Found a random coupon online for 20% off Free local pickup (no shipping!) I left a note asking them to cut the stickers to my design and hoped they'd get it. The timeline just said 9-10 shipping days, but I was surprised with an email the very next morning saying my order was ready at locker #2. Pickup was an adventure. Google said they closed at 5 PM, so I showed up at 4:15... only to find out they had closed early for Labor Day weekend (my bad, the email did say 2 PM ). The front door was open, but the inner door to the lockers wasn't, so I couldn't get to my order. I was sitting in my car figuring out what to do when I noticed the only truck in the lot. A man walked out of the building to leave, and I realized he must work there. That was Oscar -- I stopped him, explained my situation, gave him my locker number, and he kindly went back in to grab my order. Total lifesaver (I even gave him some wine festival tickets as a thank-you). The stickers? Amazing quality. They were a little smaller than I imagined, but that's on me for guessing sizes. I'm super happy with them, especially for the price. The shop itself looked really cool too, so I definitely plan to go back. Later, they even reached out to apologize for the mix-up -- nice customer service touch. Overall: local, affordable, quality work, and a shop worth supporting. A man started helping me then a female who happens to be the "owner" Julietta De la Pena. (Her and her daughter were laughing in my face)Who was rude on top of it all. I explained I found shirts on amazon that I wanted for me and kids and I CLEARLY explained I wanted them in green and all the same font and the picture I submitted to them for my two small ones. They said it was very possible to do so but it would extra if I wanted the white font and green together so o clearly stated no just all green. It was extremely expensive on top of they didn't do the adult shirts in green as I ordered. She called me a liar saying I never once stated I wanted them all green. & told me to come back the next day. Mind you, they were supposed to be ready since Monday on 3/2/2020. I went in on 3/9/2020 because I got no call or text telling me they were "ready" then to find out they didn't do what I asked for. I came back on 3/10/2020 and the "owner" again is no where to be found and again asks me to come back. I asked for my money back and they refused. They never stated there was no money back and there are no signs that say no refunds at the business nor on the receipt that I still have! She said she claimed they made them exactly like the picture because that's what I "wanted" which is another lie because if you clearly see what I sent them, they didn't make them at all like the picture either. They used cheap lettering and didn't even use the same font. I have made a report to the BBB, Because they will Continue to SCAM other customers as they did me. I paid $140 for t shirts I could've gotten on amazon for half of that and not as cheaply made and the correct colors. I try to support local businesses but not if they scam people like these did. Besides the small t shirts the other two aren't in the right color nor are they made anything like what I sent them.

The shop is kind of what you expect out of a trophy shop in El Paso. Trophies everywhere, placed where ever they fit. You'll find what you're looking for and they do have a range of trophies and plaques available. I thought the pricing was pretty good and they even had some kind of promotion going on at the time so I got a nice 20% discount. Sweet! They do charge per letter, but even for the most expensive engraving it wasn't that expensive. I loved that you could change out things on the trophies and plaques as well (assuming they have what you want available) so you can really personalize whatever you're having made. I think their customer service could use a little improvement... more so the process after you've ordered. After I chose what I wanted made and we went over costs, I informed them of the latest date I would need the plaques by, but the sooner I could get the the better. They understood, but the kicker was I was never notified when the plaques were ready for pickup. And I had a little heart attack when I called in a few days before I needed them and they didn't really know what I was talking about. Thankfully the decided to look for what I was requesting without much of an argument on my part. The plaques came out beautiful and were very clean looking so that accompanied with the price is reason enough for me to continue to use them on these occasions. I also saw that on their website they do promotional items too (like coffee mugs). It wasn't a huge selection, but did seem like a pretty decent option when looking for that kind of extra little gift.
