The guy told my wife and I that he couldn't replace our coals more than twice and right in front of us he replaces other people coals at least three times. The springs rolls were amazing though. If you want good customer service do not go here. The wait for the food and drinks was way too long. When I say long I mean I literally waited 30 minutes for another drink. I had to wave at the guy watching us to get another drink. After a hour of just sitting and talking to my wife he asked if we wanted another. My wife (polish) said he was just trying to get rid of us. This place is environmentally friendly though. You can relax but can't get good service.

Yes, please…read more There are any number of places in Poland in which to get good pierogi - and as much as I'd love the opportunity to try them all, this is the place where we landed today. It's a cozy and very colorful place, with wonderful aromas and old world charm. The service is, well, decidedly European - you can't be in a rush when you get here, and being all "American" about it won't get your food on the table any faster. I've been living in Spain for eight years now and I find table service to be quite a bit slower than in the US. Then again, they aren't chasing you out of the restaurant when you finish eating, either - they give you plenty of time to just chat with your mates and enjoy another round. As for the pierogi?
