The airline does not pay their employees well, and they steal from their passengers. The airline personal has told me the laptop was given to "lost and found", which was not true. The lost and found office never received the laptop. THEFT AND FRAUD, DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE. This airline also only flies to low-income countries and places. Fortunately, there are staff everywhere to assist you. Going through security was quick after scanning our boarding pass to enter. There's an escalator that takes you up through the DF Shop to get to the gates. That shop has automated kiosks to help with those last minute purchases. There are lots of food options and shops once you get past security. You'll get a goodbye message from "Heidi" when taking the Skymetro back to the international (E) gate. It was a very warm & worry-free experience!

I also had to wake-up an hour earlier (5:30 am) than I would have because I had to catch a shuttle instead of walking to the terminal as I had been told I could from the airport's Raddison. I am posting this via my SIM because Zurich Airport's Wi-Fi is also useless, just like their security screening procedures. Exiting Zurich HB, you'll find yourself in the middle of the beautiful city of Zurich. Also if you are looking for high quality chocolate for cheap - Cailler, Sprungli, Frey, and Frigor are brands you can't get in the states. You'll find Cailler on Amazon but it's $20 a bar compared to $2.50 per bar in Switzerland.
