He wanted to do a vag exam and when we questioned whether that was the risky so early, he literally rolled his eyes at us. He was so condescending and rude that I asked if him,"have we done something to annoy you, because that wasn't our intention?" He ignored me and did not answer. He asked us repeated times "so what are we doing here today?" Like we were supposed to direct him. Obviously the on call doctor had found my daughters's symptoms urgent enough to have her come in immediately. Even though my daughter was having"severe abdominal pain", Dr. Snyder did not examine my daughter at all or even look at her belly. I found him egotistical, condescending, and uncaring. My daughter was in tears when we left, having received no answers or reassurance. I stopped at the front desk and asked that we NEVER see Dr. Snyder again. He is very lucky that it was me and not my son-in-law who had been accompanying my daughter. He is in the medical field and if he would hav witnessed the interaction we had, he would have filed a complaint with the medical board. This is NOT a doctor that you want to see if you are sensitive at all. He will have you in tears.

I had the opportunity to go with her to an office visit as she had a fall and needed my assistance. He listens very closely to your concerns and handles the situation with professional attitude and compassion. He immediately contacted the surgeon that was going to do my wife's surgery and explained her condition with her heart and concerns for surgery. He seems to take charge and make things happen like medical services used to be with modern technology to best serve the patient. Best cardiologist in area IMO.

This shows a disregard for the convenience and the time of his patients/customers. It's only gotten worse since he joined Sutter, because you can no longer call his office and email takes forever. Customer service is definitely gone downhill since he joined Sutter. Lowered to 1 star due to lack of acceptance/acknowledgement of something that has been going on for years with no change.

At that time she thought she's soon to die coz every movement she makes she's having a hard time breathing . She's very frail and literally can't do anything . We went here as recommended by a friend. He wasn't at Sutter yet at that time but he took my moms insurance. First time we saw him, we got really comfortable with him. He's very nice , even if my mom doesn't speak much English he's very patient with her. Assured her once she got "fixed" she will feel 10 yrs younger. It turned out my mom has problem with her heart valve and also had atrial fibrillation . So they did surgery and yes he's right ever since her operation she can really move a lot without having difficulty if breathing . Now my mom is ok and my dad is being cared by Dr Olowoyeye with all their heart needs. I have deep respect to this doctor . He takes his time knowing your problems and talk to you about ur health. He knows all his patients and very patient with his patients . The clinic is nice and clean . All his staff are very competent and do their job well compared to other doctors offices . We love you Dr Olowoyeye.

I will always be grateful to him and his entire office staff was compassionate especially his nurse back in 1996 I wish Dr. Eibling was in Vegas as I have not had a good GYN doctor since I move to Vegas in 2005. It's quite difficult to find decent quality healthcare for yourself, and it's even more of a…read morechallenge when you're looking for a Pediatrician for your child. I moved to this area six months ago, and have been coming to this doctor for my three year old daughter since about four months ago. She needed an updated physical, blood work for iron levels (WIC transfer requirement), and updated immunization records for preschool. If you have Medi-Cal and/or Health Plan of San Joaquin, this is the best place to go! Luckily for me, I live less than five miles away. For the service they provide, I'd be willing to travel 15 or more. The staff is incredibly understanding to the needs of children, and put the parents at ease when explaining everything. You never feel like a third wheel there. The waiting room is welcoming and calming, and the doctor is amazing! He's gotta be over 70, but he moves like he has enteral youth. During his examination of my three year old to check her lungs with his stethoscope, he let her have it to take hers to make her more comfortable and fun for her. Her fears were completely eliminated. Her immunizations were given to her like a pro, so fast she didn't even flinch. Today, I called frantic because my baby girl was so sick! They immediately had me bring her in, saw her within 20 minutes, and in no time was at CVS getting an anti biotic for her. She still has the nasty cold, but the doctors and staff alleviated my panic and reassured my daughter that "her icky would go away soon". That made my baby girl smile. I've heard rumors that this Dr is selling his practice and finally retiring, so my advice to you is to get in quick if your looking. I'm not sure how much longer until another pediatrician takes over. I suppose he has a right to retire, he's over 70! He's also absolutely amazing with children!
