    I injured my foot on 1/13/19 and instead of going to the ER I decided to wait it out and go see a…read morePCP. I didn't have a PCP set up so when I called I said I would make an appointment with the earliest available doctor. That happened to be Dr Yee. My appointment was for 2:40pm 1/14/19. I was finally called back at around 4:00. Dr Yee sent me downstairs for X-rays and told me he would call to let me know the extent of my injury no later than 12pm the following day 1/15/19. I thought that was a long time to wait with a possible broken foot and seeing that the X-ray technician told me that as soon as she took the X-rays he could access them immediately. But I waited. And when he didn't call me I called the Sutter Call Center and left an email. I waited a couple hours and with no response decided to try to call back. This went on for the next two days. Me calling and being promised a return call and would not hear back. Finally a podiatrist called me and said Dr Yee sent over a Refferal for me to be seen. But the person calling to schedule the appointment could not tell me what was wrong with my foot. I continued calling with no response via email or my messages. The call center did what they could and would promise I would receive a call back but he never got back to me. I tried contacting Sutter Patient Relations and they also promised that he would be getting back to me and they would inform the office manager and mark my messages urgent. With no call back I decided to ask to speak directly to a supervisor and not be forwarded to leave a message or email anymore. They transferred me to the front office and they told me that I indeed broke my foot. So 4 days had gone by since I saw Dr Yee and he never thought I was important enough to respond to. And meanwhile I was in the dark on how to care for myself. I wish I had gone to the ER in the first place. He does not care about his patients. Someone posted in a review that he is a 'dirty doctor' that is known to prescribe pain medication. I believe that could be true because why else would people wait hours to be seen? The front staff told me people will wait 3 or more hours just to see him. He's horrible.

    I just seen this doctor for the 1st time today. Dr. Yee never introduced himself never even spoke…read moredirectly to me. I waited over 2 in a half hours to be seen for him to come in the room and print me out some paper and say this is what's wrong with you. Never once did he ask me my pain level or have I taken anything for my pain didn't even know he was done seeing me just walked out the room. 30 dollar co pay wasted on nothing but a 3 hour sit in the doctors office! I can't even give him a star because he is the worst doctor I ever had but to be able to post I had to give a star that really is a negative star!!!!!!!
