Patient: I have 2 daughters, a 5 year old and a 2.5 year old. I have never seen someone especially a photographer be so patient with them. He not only let them be in their element but allowed them to excel in them while doing the shoot. Available: With a person so busy with his personal life and professional life it was an amazing experience to see that Indrajit some how some way made time for our entire family not only for our shoot but our house session and made multiple visits to our house to ensure that we were at ease at every level and provided us the best experience we have every had with such things. Knowledgeable: The most interesting part of the entire shoot and after shoot session was to pick the correct pictures and correct sizes. I could have not seen this one coming. Not only he was superb in the way he did all the layouts for us he was very thorough in providing us with details about what each type of print means, what size pics would go well on which wall etc. His in-depth knowledge about all this put us ease from the beginning and never once we had any doubts about our focus was and what his focus was. He ensured that he shared the same vision as we had in our minds. I can go on and on about how Indrajit handled our photoshoot and those words will still be mere words. Of all the professional photos that I have had taken in the past 10 years, never have I not been given the digitals (not expecting them to be free). None of my friends or family have ever not been given digitals either. Trust me, I asked all of them because I felt like I had been taken advantage of. It's 2022 people. Everyone likes to post high res photos to social media and make their own albums. No one wants to post a pixelated image with a giant logo on it. Posting high quality photos or making your own album will not be an option for you if have photos taken here... unless you pay thousands of dollars (not joking) and maybe they will throw in the digitals (what I was told). If you are looking to pay an arm and a leg for paper copies only, this is the place. Also you will have to go back to the studio twice (once to review and another to pick up the photos). The photos are beautiful, and clearly the photographer is talented. IMO a review of their business model and cost of doing business should be a priority for them if they are looking to retain customers.
