Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. I needed about 200 shirts and sweatshirts screen-printed for FIU Medicine. I called about 10 places…read morein the Miami/Broward area for quotes, and found that GN Signs had the best deal. I (being technologically-impaired) thought that sending a picture of what I wanted printed would suffice, but the owner's son called to explain that the design had to be done in a certain format so it could be enlarged without getting grainy. Since I was unable to do it myself, he graciously had another employee design it properly and sent me a proof within the day. I made several changes, but they worked with me in a quick manner until it was exactly what I wanted. I had the shirts/sweatshirts shipped from the supplier directly to them and they had the entire order done in about 6 business days (as promised). I was a little nervous that the lower price would mean lower quality, and also nervous because there were no Yelp reviews for them, but I was very pleasantly surprised at how great everything turned out!! And I have washed the shirts without the print fading or peeling. I will definitely be using them again, and wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is having similar doubts about the lack of Yelp reviews. Thanks again GN Signs!!

The owners were so kind and educating. Took the time to help me and make sure I got exactly what I wanted and learned a little but about all the differences. So happy so far with my first sample. I will be ordering many stitched logo shirts, hats and more. Also will be ordering screen print shirts for my workers. I not only found my new embroidery and screen printing company but I actually made a good friends whom I feel I know for such a long time and it was only one day that we spoke. Very disappointing people do business like this. Rule of thumb if you're going to be upset about providing delivery services then don't offer delivery services .... I'm not sure what's so difficult about taking an elevator up to our suite. If parking is an issue we're more than happy to pay valet to keep the car in the ramp.
