So I decided to return to give them another chance after my old housekeeper moved away and I tried other cleaning services but never got the cleaning I was use to. It ended up just to have them keep changing cleaner again but I was giving them a chance even after all the horrible stories I heard from the cleaners about the company. One young lady came to my house in tears because how she was being treated so I sat and listened but still gave company a chance. Then I get an email yesterday asking if I can change from my normal day and I responded saying I would try to accommodate and I went and moved things around after I got home ready to let them know I could make it work to find I received an email saying they are discontinuing service to me because they can not give what I needed. I have been trying to accommodate this company for months and I even got 4 neighbors wanting to hire them then I received a very unprofessional email no explanation or anything. I had already planned on leaving in a month my old housekeeper is moving back to Pascagoula so I was atleast going to stay with them and give them a two weeks notice I was leaving but I don't get that in return. Horrible and needless to say I have shared my email communication with my neighbors and they have decided to just hire my old housekeeper. So disappointed that I gave this company another chance. The young ladies cleaned well had a few issues but always gave them a good tip it's not the young ladies fault about the office issues. Also I found out the office tax their tips so I tipped them directly because I was never told I couldn't. Update after I requested an explanation I was given an explanation why they just stopped my service. It was much better than the first email that I received. All of the cleaners who have cleaned my house know I'm preparing for a very large party in a few weeks and to be told that the cleaning service cannot handle my cleaning at the last minute after I've already been scheduled for a cleaning is just very unfortunate but I do revise my statement. I WAS LATER given an explanation by the owner. The first person that contacted me was very blunt and did not give me a reason at all, so I requested an explanation and was given one. I would've respected them more if the person that contacted me after I requested an explanation was the first one to contact me because at least she explained why even though I still find it last minute because my cleaning was to be less than a week from now, I can understand if you don't have the staff to accommodate my cleaning schedule anymore. I would have rather that email being completely open about the sudden change than the one I received at first. I hope the company can get things together because I was all for supporting woman, and as a woman I just think after everything I should have just been given a little more notice. John then replied in a rude and dismissive tone they only do estimates on Tuesdays. I'm not sure if they really are that inflexible for appointments, and deciding it wasn't worth my time arguing with someone with his poor attitude to determine if they really are so busy they can only set aside one day a week for estimates - not to mention ticking off potential customers. No problem. There are plenty of other painters out there willing to earn my respect and business.

Fast forward a few days I dialed A+ Garage Door, and John, the wizard of whoosh, picked up like he was camped by my phone. This was the day after July 4th, a sizzlin' Saturday, and John texts, "15 mins out", so I saved him a lemonade!" He swoops in, defying 101° heat that could bake cookies on the hood of my car. My opener was deader than a disco ball at a funeral, but John, slinging his tools like Wyatt Earp would skillfully sling his six shooter, slapped on a sparkly new garage door opener and new clicker so swanky it could star in a rom-com. He also reprogrammed my old clicker so now I have two! All for just under ~$500! He zipped around like a sugar-rushed chimpanzee, left no mess, and now my garage door slides open smoother than a penguin on ice. Very nice, professional and more affordable than my iced latté habit--A+ Garage Door is the unicorn of fixes! Unless you wanna arm-wrestle your garage, holler for John! When he arrived he asked me how far I wanted the stumps to be grinned down, me response was level with the ground he went much deeper and the cut our grinder pipe and it caused it to leak. They took zero responsibility to help with the repair. I had to call a plumber and was charged $564.00 for the repair. I called Chris Francis spoke with the owner and he still would not accept any responsibility for the damage caused by his employee. I also sent an email explaining everything and unfortunately have not heard back. I am very disappointed in their lack for caring and not offering to cover at least half.
