Even though I only booked one service, she was flexible with her time and allowed me to add on at my appointment. At my appointment, she explained her processes and products to me. She made sure I was comfortable in her space, which of course I was, it was so calming and welcoming!! We went ahead and did a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow wax & tint. The services at Timber & Willow are fairly priced and super reasonable considering the high quality of waxes and tints used. I have super sensitive & fair skin and was amazed that the wax left me with minimal redness. That speaks for the quality itself! She asked me what I wanted each step of the way and really made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. She even offered to do a touch up wax in a few days for the stragglers which I had never been offered before. She was quick yet took her time where it mattered. The actual service could have been so much more painful but she was so great about pulling the strips and allowing time for me to freak out lol. She took her time to discuss my hair goals, needs and expectations. The parking lot is rather small and they still make you call in to announce your arrival to see if they can allow you in. Even though they gloat over this state of the art air purifier that supposedly clear airborne viruses and other unsavory things ‍ They are definitely overpriced on many of their services.
