When we called the office asking for an emergency appointment, they were able to fit us in right away, which meant so much to us as worried parents. When we arrived, Dr. Honey was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. She cared for our daughter as if she were her own and took the time to thoroughly examine her and explain everything to us. Dr. Honey prescribed medication for our baby, and within the very first day we noticed a huge improvement -- her eczema and heat rash had already started clearing up. I've been seeing her for about 5 years now and I genuinely look forward to each visit. The BEST part is that she's my primary care Dr. but also my women's health Dr. so I can get regular physicals and women's health exams all in the same place. I've never waited longer than 5 mins to get into the exam rooms and I've never been rushed out of the office for another patient even during particularly busy days. Dr. Ohadi is a concierge practice, so I do pay a premium to receive her care. I was a patient before the practice became concierge as well. I truly believe she's worth the addition funds to receive her exceptional care. I can 100% see why she decided to go the concierge route - she's THAT great, people were flocking to her like crazy. Even if Dr Ohadi was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of patients at times, she NEVER showed it and ALWAYS put us (her patients) first, so much so that it was probably doing a number on her health/stress levels, not to mention her personal life as well, I'm sure. Since switching to a concierge practice, she has created the ability to spend more time with patients, therefore providing the absolute best care possible. I'm all for it! I can email her if I have a quick question or if I need my records sent to me. I can request appts pretty much any time that fits my schedule. And you actually get through to her office when you call, no long wait on hold or "we'll call you back later" or automated voice message systems (only after office hrs). Every time my kids got sick and obviously needed antibiotics, they would beat around the bush and give some random unhelpful med to make sure we have to come back and they can bill for another visit. Very aggravating that at the end I just would argue and demand antibiotics. For three years they tried to have pay their BS office membership and I always ignored it. Dr Liddy never picked up my son was falling off the growth chart. I'm grateful we left for a better more qualified pediatrician!

Dr. Esmond is our main doctor and she has been so kind and friendly to all of our children and honest and informative to my wife and myself. We even had a difficult birth experience and when she found out about it, she came after hours and on a day off to the hospital to check on both my wife and our newborn. It's that type of service that really makes you know that your family is in great hands. Even when we cannot see Dr. Esmond due to a last minute appointment or whatever, both Dr. Pollock and Dr. Rubin have given us the same level of excellent care and service. So i scheduled an appointment for all 3 of my kids to switch to him, also due with my 4th child and liked how he had privileges to come see the baby at the hospital i was delivering at. The first available appointment was over a month out. Our appointment was 9:45, we were in the waiting room for about 45 minutes. They called us back to do measurements on the kids, and put us in a small room to wait for the dr. At 10:45 one of the office workers came into the room to tell us the dr was running behind and would be there at 11 (already an hour after our appointment time). At 11:20 i asked for an update and they said they weren't sure where the dr was or what time he would be getting there. With such a long delay with 3 kids, i was pretty shocked they offered us nothing to entertain the kids - no toys, no coloring, no stickers. Kids were crying after waiting for almost 2 hours in a drs office, staff did not seem to care. We ended up just deciding to leave without seeing the dr, wasted an entire morning with 2 hours in the office. After all this, they said they don't validate parking. So ended up having to pay for absolutely nothing, kids missed a day of school, we missed a day of work. I don't know how it could've been a worse experience. Bad location, bad parking situation, bad customer service in the office. Will not be rescheduling or recommending unfortunately.
