It's super well balanced (not overly sweet) and the phyllo dough was crispy giving it a satisfying crunch and a great counter to the soft gooey cheese goodness. They also have other flavors aside from the original, I tried the pistachio ganache and was amazed at how not over powering the flavor was, again very well balanced.
