She even got a dress displayed way up down for me to check the size. She suggested an additional holiday dress to try so I would have options. She helped me zip the dress because sequins are hard and even tried to help me find shoes and earrings. I left with the cranberry color sequined dress and I will go out of my way to shop here more often because of the outstanding service I received!

They were sitting on top of the cashier counter talking and gossiping the whole time we were in the store. Not one girl had made eye contact, in fact when I was at the counter they continued to chat and ignored me & my friends to finish their conversation before asking if we were ready to check out. When trying to make conversation while checking out the girl answered but with an annoyed tone- felt bothered. Enter at your own risk.

I saw some good discounts but with any outlet you have to know the reg price of items so you won't be paying more. Customer service was pretty good @ each store I entered with the exception of one. Stayed in the store for about 20mins & was never acknowledged by the salespeople. Glad I didn't find anything I wanted. Overall I'll be back & next time I'll be wearing comfortable shoes.

One of the girls (forgot name :( ) found me, asked me if I need assistance, and carried every style of dress to a dressing room for me. Picked some she thought were cute. Even sized a dressed down for me as I realized when looking in the large mirror it was too big. I ended up purchasing that one, too. Thanks to her!! I found so many great things. Then after purchasing my dressed and cover up I remembered I needed jewelry. She chose 2 pieces for me that both worked together. I still love them. Then keep your items at the front as you go through the store. Bag them up for you then walk around the front desk to hand you your items after purchasing. So nice!!!! The employees kept staring at me as if they expected me to steal something, even though I was standing right in front of the register the entire time. I don't know if they've had issues with theft recently, but customers shouldn't be made to feel like suspects just for shopping. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and this level of suspicion made the atmosphere feel very unwelcoming. Unfortunately, because of how I was treated, I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
