She answered all of my questions with so much care and clarity, and within a few weeks, I felt confident enough to sign up. I've attended several of the donation-based workshops, and I absolutely love that they offer this. It allows people to explore and learn something new without the pressure of fully committing right away. I'm currently about a month into my yoga teacher training at Bodhi & Sol, and it has already been incredibly powerful and inspiring.
