I would strongly recommend you skip this place as I just wasted 163.00 dollars. I will be filling with the better business bureau and filing a dispute with the credit card company. I really hate when they cram a table into a tiny room. They were well decorated. She was able to turn the lights down (such a plus for this migraine sufferer). Another plus? I called their number but they put my number in an answering machine. This morning at 1005am got a call from a person named Hannah telling me that if I don't want to use the VIP membership offered I need to cancel so I said I don't want it just reversed my charges then she said she can't do anything unless I signed the cancellation form she will send to my email and I cancelled my membership but after signing I got an email saying they are not going to reverse/refund the charges. She even insisted that I signed the contract which I am not aware of because I clearly remember, the lady at the front desk never mentioned about contract and auto-charge every month, she just told me to fill up another form of my information for record purposes and I even told her I already filled out same form but she insisted that I should fill out another one and I trusted I just filled it out. She tried to convince me the VIP because she said I couldn't use the Groupon anymore. If she had mentioned about contract and auto charges I would never take the massage service.
