Scheduling was a breeze and he had time on the day that worked best for me with little notice. He was punctual and did a short explanation of what he would be aiming for while giving me my massage. After purchasing a Groupon, it was easy to schedule my appointment with Mike - I called, he answered, we set a time. His technique is different than other massages, using stretching and trigger points to put pressure on the muscles so they release tension. I had never had a massage like this. But I'm so glad I did. I even filed a complaint with Groupon and they can't get a hold of him either. I've seen other complaints where this happened to other people, too! Basically, I was scammed for $70. Worst massage I have ever gotten. I went in for a living social deal my wife had given me for my birthday. I had an appoinment with Michael, who never called me back so I can set up my appointment. After I told my wife to see if she can just get her money back, he finally answered his phone. At the appointment, Michael was very nice and very professional. I told him the areas I was having issues with and decided to have a focused massage. I told him I like deep tissue with some sweedish and he did not do that at all. I asked him to work on my shoulders and behind my knees and he really didn't even touch those areas. I didnt feel relieved nor did it feel like I even got a massage.
