I took the phone to the AT&T store in Spearfish because my partner had been there a few days before to upgrade his phone (we had bad luck with phones in just a few days). Melissa waited on him and was EXTREMELY helpful. So, I made sure Melissa was the one to help me. Melissa helped me contact Apple for a solution. Unfortunately, the phone ultimately needed to be replaced and AT&T could not do that for me. Melissa understood my frustration and how much I needed to have my phone, so she arranged for me to have a temporary phone so I could still receive calls, check emails, send texts, etc. She even took the time to transfer all of my current data to the temporary phone. I didn't interact with the rest of the staff directly, but they all seemed to be very friendly and helpful. Melissa definitely is a class act!!! Way to Go!!! Brava!!!

I talked to my brother afterward and he looked at it and said he can fix it for me. I understand they need to make money but they charged $70 to look at my laptop and tell me they can't fix it unless they replace half of it. On top of that I am quite sure they tightened a screw too tight because I noticed a crack right where a screw was and there is a missing screw as well. My laptop was not in good shape to begin with but I am quite sure it wasn't cracked there before and I don't recall it missing any screws prior to taking it in. Maybe you'll have better luck there but I will not be going back. *side note* I was informed there would be a $70 charge to take my computer apart so see what the problem was and I went ahead and said that was ok. My issue with that was later I took it apart so my brother could look at it and give me a second opinion and after doing that myself I feel that $70 was a very high charge for something that really wasn't very difficult.

A lovely bouquet is selected. The card is written. The delivery address is being taken down. When Mary, informs me had selected a floral shop in South Dakota. When the flowers were to be delivered in Wyoming. Mary and the shop owner were so understanding. During my profuse apologies, and ready to ring off and search for a Florist in Wyoming. When Mary said "Hold on, we can still help! Mary and her Employer found two names and phone numbers for two floral shops they felt comfortable recommending. After care like that. There are dolls, card decks, casino chips, doorknobs, various tools, dinnerware, western posters, an old fashioned baby carriage, animal pelts.
