She worked insanely well with our venue coordinator, which smoothed over so many details we didn't even need to be there for. 3) Mom energy. Jessica made sure my husband and I had everything we needed and more during the events - food, water, rest, shade, phones, you name it. She was super patient and respectful with accommodating our parents' requests, too. 4) Management capability. We had a big fat South Asian wedding consisting of 4 events over 2 days with a thousand moving parts. Jessica coordinated all the vendor contracts and on-site set up. She and her husband themselves were present for the duration of all events, which made all the difference. This is the person you want when something goes wrong. From having an emergency photographer on speed dial to adjusting the timeline on the spot, Jessica kept things in motion.
