I have always had a fantastic experience with Knight Heating and Air. A few years ago, Ken installed my A/C unit and garage heater and did a great job for a very fair price. Just recently, I was having an issue with the pressure sensor in my furnace. After calling them, Ken came over the same day to check it out. It was an intermittent issue that we were not able to recreate, but he made sure everything was running good at that time. I will definitely call him back if the issue pops up again. Ken and Jill make it a pleasure to do business. They communicate well & are friendly. Ken put in the Trane furnace a few years back, the programmable thermostat. He also replaced some vent pipe years later. He's maintained the furnace. He always seems to go out of his way to help. Jill does too. Ken looks professional and always leaves the areas clean. We had contacted several HVAC companies to have them come out and give us a quote on a new AC, Furnace, WiFi Thermostat, Humidifier and air exchange unit. We had trouble scheduling with some because they required that both my wife and I be there for appointment and we scheduled two others and they did not show up. My wife is a realtor and asked around the office for recommendations and was given Knight Heating & Air Conditioning with good reviews from other agents. My wife called on a Monday in June and Jill said that Ken could come out around 5:00 that day when he was finished with the job he was working on. Ken showed up promptly and apologized that he didn't have the paperwork to leave us a quote that night but he would walk through and see what we needed and email the quote to us within a day or two. We received the quote as promised and it was both thorough and reasonable. They were able to get us scheduled to have the work done in less than two weeks and it was completed in two days. Ken was awesome to work with and did a great job on the installation. As I sit here typing this review it is 90 degrees and humid outside, but our house is a cool and comfortable 72 degrees. I would highly recommend Knight Heating & Air Conditioning. They were responsive, not high pressure at all and very skilled workmanship.
