we've been going to Dr Shah for a few years now and today we went my husband has Parkinson's. He did not feel good but we went anyway I work a full-time job and had had to takeoff work. We sat there for an hour hour. They emptied the waiting room with people that came in after us so I ask what was going on. We were going to have to wait another hour two hours. He's behind that doesn't make sense. Didn't get there late but when you have patience that have Parkinson's all you had to do was tell us he's running behind and we could've rescheduled but no, I had to ask. We are not going back to this place. read more

The people who answer the phone are absolutely terrible. They couldn't understand me and visa versa. They messed up the apt several times and I had to repeatedly call back to verify that I had the correct of apt. After all that they mixed it up again and had to shift it around. However, I have had a very pleasant experience with dr. Macorcandale a few years ago. He seemed like a very good and compassionate doctor. Horrible place, staff is very unprofessional, singles other staff members out, and bullies them until they quit or get wrongfully terminated. People are not alloted time to do their jobs without getting pulled into 100 other directions and getting written up for being pulled in other directions. Staff is unable to do their jobs correctly. Not checking patients in, and sending others to make right with the docs over it. But if a patient is a minute late they reschedule but can have someone sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes without checking them in. Staff is ALWAYS late and never reprimanded over it. It is worse than a middle school locker room in that place. Holly is the Regina George of that office. If and when she decides to come to work which is not very much, she sits in the break room on her phone for hours or is in there saying horrible things about the staff members that work there under her, not a good look for that shit hole of a practice. Went here for months trying to figure out why I'm getting seizures randomly. Dr kept saying they could be just stress/panic attacks (dismissing my actual symptoms like convulsions). Never sent me to get an MRI, CT scan, blood tests or sent me to a cardiologist to get more tests. They only scheduled me for 2 EEGs and since I didnt get a seizure during them the Dr dismissed me. He said without a video of me having a seizure he couldnt diagnosed me or give me treatment. Went to a new doctor on a completely different office and first thing she did was sent me was to get MRI, MRA, blood tests and referral to a cardiologist. On top of that she gave me anti-seizure meds to try and control the seizures. Since I started the medication I havent gotten one. Something this doctor couldnt do in 4 months, she did in 1 visit. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. On top of everything, they are extremely expensive. read more

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Patterson's since 2017 and absolutely loves her--she is an excellent, compassionate physician. Unfortunately, we are forced to leave the practice due to a very unreasonable office policy. If you don't answer a confirmation call live, or call back within one hour, your appointment (often made six months in advance) is cancelled. This is extremely difficult for anyone who works, travels, or is simply takes a nap. The office does send email confirmations but say they no longer look at that, count, which is confusing. It's deeply disappointing to lose a wonderful doctor because of an inflexible and patient-unfriendly policy. read more

Despite trying to address this with the office manager, I was met with unprofessionalism, zero accountability, and no resolution. No apology. Just a dismissive attitude. What's most frustrating is that Dr. Shah is an excellent physician--and I don't believe he's even aware this is happening. His front office is not only damaging patient trust, but also denying care to people who need it. My experience with Dr. Mohammed Baddad was extremely disappointing. From the start, I did not feel heard, taken seriously, or given an evidence-based evaluation. Despite reporting symptoms that have persisted and intensified for over a year, the doctor dismissed my concerns and implied they "didn't add up," rather than exploring the underlying causes. What concerned me most was that a diagnosis was made before any tests were reviewed or even conducted. This felt careless and gave the impression that the diagnosis was a catch-all label rather than a legitimate conclusion. Being handed a list of tests I had already completed--along with a push for a nerve conduction study conveniently performed in his own office--left me feeling like profit was prioritized over proper medical assessment. Throughout the appointment, I did not feel respected, listened to, or treated with professional curiosity. A misdiagnosis can be dangerous, and this rushed approach could easily lead to harmful consequences. I left the office with zero confidence in the accuracy of the evaluation and will be seeking care with another neurologist who practices thorough, patient-centered medicine. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment for neurologist Dr. Badad on 10/29 at 12p. Someone in the contact center for this business cancelled my appointment on 10/24. They canceled my apt because they stated my insurance was calling for a referral and the insurance I have is Tricare select east, which does not call for referrals. I called insurance and verified and gave the contact center with knight neurology that information and provided the reference number for discussion I had with tricare. Tricare could not see where they even tried running insurance through. read more

I was referred to the office by my pain management physician to inquire about for the tight in my neck, causing migraines and TMJ in my jaw. I was trying to get my insurance to pay for it since I'm paying out-of-pocket. Today I remain as the whole appointment was derailed and my other highly criticized by the physician. I have been treated for 15 years for migraines and he has decided that I do not have migraines. I signed consents for him to get in touch with my other doctors which I called the office this morning as I do not feel that I need any further connection and I do not want him involved in my medical . Very disappointing! However, he did spend an adequate amount of time with I would say his bedside manner was odd. Asking a 6 woman why her legs are weak. I'm old! Doing a minimal amount of test by that I mean, one test to determine that I have a very serious neurological condition that my other doctors have never mentioned. read more

First off let me say the office is dirty stains on the carpet filthy windows and chipped paint it looks awful. That's just when you first walk in wait until you go back to the patient rooms everyone can hear you in the hallways. The rooms are old and dirty and dingy. They use a B/P machine from CVS that you do at home not medical grade equipment. The patients are very sick God bless them but it doesn't seem like a good place to get care. The front desk seemed nice enough. One of the patients was going off screaming and cussing in the waiting room the staff did nothing. I could hear what was being said in the other rooms no patient privacy. The doctor was rude and rushed. Please go somewhere else healthcare in America is really not good anymore it's sad. read more

I had a referral from my primary doctor and specifically requested that your office obtain my medical records in advance of my appointment AND I called your office to confirm they were received and was told they had been. The doctor I saw did not have the records and my wife had to login to my health portal on her cell phone and bring up records to show them to the doctor. Then, all he did was recommend a drug for my trigeminal neuralgia and when I tried to discuss seeing a neurosurgeon to look into procedure that could be done to possibly relieve my pain the doctor told me he couldn't recommend any neurosurgeons but recommended finding one. I had initially requested my appointment online and entered a LOT of information and when I talked to someone on the phone it was as though that information had never been received. Also, I had requested the appointment to be with Dr. McCorquodale but when I arrived the appointment was with Dr. Mendoza who isn't even listed on your website. Horrible experience. Needless to say will not be coming back. read more

I was told that I was called 3 times, (on a number that has been disconnected for 15 years), I have never been a patent at this office. They had my correct phone number and correct email (I received confirmation of my appt request) No attempt to actually contact me. Absolutely the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks for an EMG study. I had the confirmation sent for my appointment at 0900 hours today for my appointment at 11:15. I arrive early as we are told that we have to. Turns out they cancelled my appointment, already filled the appointment time, all because they needed results for my MRI that they have been told was scheduled for later today weeks ago when they confirmed my appointment the previous time. When I asked to speak to the office manager they told me that she was not in this office today and that she would have to call me back. Turns out, the "other office" is in the same building but she was "in a meeting" so they lied about her not being in today instead of just saying she was in a meeting. She just "happened" to be needing to go the bathroom at the same time I was at the counter upset. Yeah, right. What a coincidence. They really expect me to believe they filled my appointment within 2 hours of confirming the appointment. Photos attached of the text confirmation. Dr McCorquodale might be 'nice' but clearly is also not cognizant of patients time as I took the day off work for this appointment weeks ago and he notes he needs my MRI results before he can do my nerve conduction instead of just letting me make a follow up appointment. This is utter stupidity and a waste of patient time and energy. And they all quite literally do not care that they messed up and failed their patient today. So far we have not had a good experience at all. My father started going here about a year ago after experiencing symptoms of dementia. The neurologist, discouraged, doing test testing to confirm whether it was Alzheimer's or dementia. We then ended up enrolling my father in a medical research program that provided him a formal diagnosis via lumbar puncture. We are now trying to work with knight's neurology to get my father the FDA approved Alzheimer's drugs. They are not on the Medicaid reporting program yet so we are trying to wait patiently for them to do so, but have had many hiccups, and they seem to have misplaced my father's medical records in the process. I am hoping to hear back from them and get my father, the proper treatment or we will be having him go see someone else. read more

I made an appt to see a Dr Shah early May for July, the first new patient appt that worked for both of us. I filled in and returned the paperwork they sent me. Six weeks after making my appt (3 weeks before my appt date) they called and cancelled it saying they were no longer taking new patients. This is WRONG. IMO they should honor the commitment they have made to people by scheduling appointments and schedule no further ones if the doctor is no longer accepting new patients. Now I have to start over including getting a new referral to a different doctor. Really annoying and very poor patient care. read more
