Wanted me to have an expensive "upgrade" to damage done by lightening that would also have been well over a thousand bucks. I told them I didn't want to have the system centrally monitored for an expensive monthly fee, but rather have the alarm sound locally only. They didn't even approach this aspect. Stay away!!!! Charge $150/hr travel time to come out to your home and then they do not really even look at the system - simply tell you that your panel is corroded and want to replace the panel. Having an MS degree in geochemistry I believe I know what corrosion looks like, and I am still looking for evidence of it in the panel. If I could I would post a picture of the supposed 'corrosion'.
