We ended up staying 2 nights due to the road conditions. Visha (?) very helpful and kind; let us keep same room. Breakfast was good; coffee fresh and plentiful. Seemingly good options for breakfast. You could park a golf cart in side and still have room to maneuver. Great for ADA accessibility. It was like two rooms in one. There is a Curtin to help isolate the bedroom area from the sleeper couch. Since this is a suite you have a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. They provide plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Only thing missing was a stovetop, which is available upon requests for safety. Breakfast available from 6-10. Pool, gym and business center. For the business person that needs to stay somewhere for a few days for business, H2 Suites would be my first choice. The parking lot is well lit. Secure doors for the rooms and plenty of amenities. The hallway floor outside our room looked like somebody had gotten sick on it. The biggest complaint was the breakfast. The coffee machine did not work. There was no pot of coffee available. Not at breakfast nor any other time of day. I mean; coffee! Waffles I can live without but not my cup-of-Joe! All the stuff seemed to be self serve; very little fresh anything. I think they were truly concerned about me as a person, because I'm not a troublemaker or doing drugs and all that. Just another human trying to get things in life straightened out. The man in the office just told me that if I need anything, come on down or call me. I've worked hospitality since my early 20's as a Night Auditor mostly, and this is the way a Motel or Hotel should be run. With kindness and knowing that the guests aren't just numbers. It was a very homey and warm in there and when we got to the room it was very clean. The beds are so comfortable and the sheets are white. Which is a very good sign because colored comforters make me suspect they are trying to hide stains haha.. anyway breakfast was delicious and warm and the kitchen lady is just the absolute sweetest and never minded when I asked her for some milk even after breakfast ended. This hotel has interior entrances and an elevator to the upper floors; during my stay, the elevator was temporarily out of service, which was inconvenient for some guests, but that does happen. It's appears this maybe an re- occurrence and not a one off. Yes, I read other reviews too. The bathroom was clean, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the remote worked properly with sound set at a reasonable level. You get cable with local news on a good-sized LED TV. The room also includes a microwave, refrigerator, iron, and ironing board, which is helpful if you need to freshen up clothes. The hotel is quiet, and the non-smoking rooms are truly non-smoking and no lingering smoke smells. There is a window A/C unit, but it's not noisy and didn't interfere with sleep. Actually, I turned it off as it was freezing outside. Room and side-door access use electronic key cards. There is a free breakfast starting at 7 a.m., and it was nicely presented. The room also includes instant coffee and a small electric coffee pot. This may become my go-to hotel when traveling in the area. One downside: I didn't renew my room for a second night, and the hotel was fully booked with no lower-floor availability, so I had to find another place for the second night and there could be an elevator issue there. I would suggest when making a reservation to inquire about it, Restaurants, Starbucks, McDonald's, Walmart, and gas stations are all nearby. One minor issue was finding the hotel at night; the GPS wasn't very accurate and the signage could not be seen easily from the road at night, I had to drive around to finally locate it, but the receptionist/day manager, Summer, was very helpful and friendly. Because of her service, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

One was going to the rehab the next day. A few days later I found out "the manager" is letting people work under the influence, letting them do their "job" without being reprimanded. She'll allegedly let them work 8+hours without ever checking a single room they've cleaned. Then allegedly adjust their time card to whatever she feels fit for their work. Very illegal and exploitation. Nobody would check their work either which resulted in multiple complaints. The customer complaints were very valid and could've easily been avoided with even just okay management. The manager has spoken multiple times how much she LOVES drama and loves to start it. Her management style was extremely unprofessional and honestly disgusting. Which reflects in the hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
