At check-in you'll receive a pick-up number for your car window. Drive to the pick-up location and volunteers will bring your food to your vehicle. There's seldom a wait. Food items vary week-to-week due to donations from local supermarkets, and occasionally restaurants, other retailers, and additional sources. Food items consist of boxed and canned goods, fresh dairy products, bakery items, and produce. Hope will try to accommodate special dietary needs such as gluten-free requests. Personal care products for infants and adults are provided according to availability. The program is funded by a group of local churches. There's no fee to those needing assistance and donations are not solicited.

I was actually very disappointed with this location because it lacked a lot of practical items that a lot of stores have. This layout was not good either . The manager obviously works hard to make sure the store is kept neat, but must pay or treat the staff horribly. I've never received a smile, a greeting, or a knowledgeable answer to a question. All employees look like they hate their jobs. The owner needs to learn that you should treat your employees exactly how you want them to treat your customers. These employees are obviously treated poorly.
