I was told about Express Alterations & tailoring so I decided to take them there. Wow, this place did an awesome job. They were honest. They compare my shirt to a real medium and all of my shirts were like XXL ... seriously! Express alteration told me they would need to rebuild the shirt again using the fabric from each shirt. I loved the shirts so I left them. Less than a week they were ready. Wow, there were exactly my size and the look was exactly the same as what I purchased. When I finally found someplace local it was a horrible experience. Thankfully I found Yun's Alterations in the mall. The lady who works there does things perfectly and she does them well. I have grown to trust her with clothing items other than my pants. She always understands what I want and does it correctly. Yeah, sure, she speaks broken English (which is usually frustrating), but somehow she understands it well enough to know exactly what I want every time. Woohoo! Prices are slightly higher than what I am used to, but whatever - she does it right. Extra charge to have her rush so bring your things in early.

The new seamstress opened the dress and showed me how butchered my dress was and she isn't even sure it can be fixed. I'll find out 3 days before my wedding. The owner is mad that I didn't let her fix her mistake, but I'm just not willing to take the chance. It should have been done right the first time. Now she won't respond to me at all. If someone gave you a terrible haircut, would you let them have another shot at fixing it?? I think not. The main amount of stress that I'm dealing with regarding my wedding was caused by this woman butchering my dress. She also had to correct another dress in my wedding party. When they brought it back her comment was "it looks like a drunk person did it". Wow. I believe in doing it right the first time. So if you're willing to take a chance, use her. I was promptly greeted by Abdul and immediately felt welcomed. Abdul was a true pleasure to deal with. While he had a jacket in stock that fit perfectly, he had to order pants and advised he would call when they arrived.The following week I returned to the store and tried on the pants. Abdul took measurements and made the adjustments right on the spot so as I could avoid another two hour trip to come back and pick them up. Abdul sets the bar for customer service. Super nice, personable and very good at what he does. And to top it all off, the price cant be touched by anyone. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Abdul and his business. Thank you Abdul for such a wonderful shopping experience. In today's world, customer service like yours is hard to find.
