Knox Car Keys did a great job this weekend for us. My ignition was giving me problems and the key would not turn so I figured the tumblers were getting bad. I called their answering service person on Sunday. The guy on call got back with me in about 45-minutes to schedule estimated time for repair about an hour later. They brought a new ignition assembly popped the old would out put the new one in, also had them back me a backup key with microchip. Took about 15-minutes to get me going again. Cost $170 for parts, repair and to come where I was, plus $50 for the new microchip key I wanted. I highly recommend this company. SFC McNair read more

Not sure what's up with this business. I called about a lockout, gave them my information, waited 45 min and heard nothing so I followed up. They said it was "confirmed," waited another 45 min and still heard absolutely nothing, no one ever came. They couldn't tell me anything about the pricing or how long it would be either. read more

I hit the jackpot in finding Knox Car Keys! One of the 10 best locksmiths in Knoxville TN. I was on my way to the ER, but fell down my back steps. I called 911 to take me to the ER. I keep my van key separate from my other keys and it must have fallen out of my pocket when I fell. After several days in the hospital, I came home and couldn't find my van key. I carry a separate key in my wallet. I opened my van and noticed some items missing, so I knew someone had been in my van. The key was also gone, so I figured the thief might come back and steal my van. The best solution was to have all locks changed. I got online to look up locksmiths and found Knox Car Keys. I was told they couldn't come until the next afternoon. Then, Wally called me around 5:30 pm and told me he could come to my house in about 30 minutes! He had changed all of the locks within about 2 hours! So whoever stole my key can't get in my van again. Wally was very nice, friendly, and professional. He made me 3 keys. The charge for the work was very reasonable, and I had peace of mind that the old stolen key wouldn't work to open my van again. Kudos to Wally and Knox Car Keys! I highly recommend this locksmith!
