His answer was" I can't service I don't have everything in my truck". I was done right there. He went to my ac/furnace and took pictures, three toed slothing the whole time. When it came time to leave he was asked when can you come and service my ac/furnace? Gave about 10 reasons not to, not one reason why or when. He never asked if I started either one, which I did the central air, not the furnace, we just bought this house. I had Scott Wagner heating and cooling come for a estimate only. His first question was " have you started either one"? He serviced both central air and the furnace, furnace had four leaks and the igniter was bad, replaced that and tested both units, freon was low so he topped it off. Great technician great service and when the estimate comes in and when I replace both units with a tankless water heater after first of year Scott Wagner and heating will be getting my business. Do not call Morris heating, call Scott Wagner heating.

A while back I called A&A Mechanical to service my Generac generator. I called Generac directly as…read morethe home I bought this year came with a large generator. I have never had a generator before and didn't know what needed to be done on it. They gave me a list of companies that service their generators near my home, and A&A was a company within my town. I called and scheduled an appointment with them in a few days. What was great was that I found out from them, that they used to service the generator for the old owner of my house. They came, performed service on the generator and set it up so I get it serviced once a year. Technician was friendly and explained to me how my generator worked, how it would test the system every week, pretty much gave me a lot of useful info. I am very glad I did get it service because two weeks later, my area lost power for an entire day. Seems some squirrel(s) messed around a nearby electrical substation. Immediately my generator kicked in... and it's an amazing generator powered my entire home! I so could have used this when I lived in Miami during hurricane season! If I didn't get it serviced, I would have been without power and I would have lost a stand alone freezer and a refrigerators worth of food... so I saved a lot of money! If you have a generator, get regular service.... and get it from A&A! Seems also per the website they also do work in plumbing, heating and A/C... so something to keep in mind too.

Their plumber who has been assigned to us saved us many times from headaches, particularly with a tricky dishwasher installation. However, that experience was tainted quite badly as of late. We reached out for an estimate on replacing a toilet (customer-supplied) and replacing a toilet valve at the same time. We were quoted almost $700, close to double what we've been charged for similar work in the past. I understand that small jobs carry a high price to the business compared to more lucrative jobs, but we really thought given our past experience we would be quoted a reasonable price. In the process, it was also explained that there had been service call fees charged to us when they were never listed on our invoices for past service. This was broken out more fully for us on this quote. It's painful to me because I really thought we had found our company. Unfortunately, with these prices, we need to look for a new plumbing company now. I give them full credit for their past work, but their apparent new pricing prices us out of service.
